When you submit a form on our website, including applications to become a mentor or mentee, requests to enroll in the H.O.P.E. Elite Program, or requests for an Elite Workshop, we may collect:

When you visit hopeleadershipgroup.org, basic technical data may be collected automatically through standard web analytics, including browser type, device type, pages visited, and general geographic region. This information is used in aggregate and is not linked to any individual.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect solely to support the mission of H.O.P.E. Leadership Group. Specifically, we use it to:
- Process program applications and workshop requests
- Communicate with participants, families, and partners about our programs
- Follow up on inquiries submitted through our website
- Send organizational updates and program information to individuals who have expressed interest
- Fulfill donor acknowledgment and tax receipt obligations

We receive basic donor information such as your name, email address, and donation amount for the purposes of acknowledgment and legally required record-keeping. Our website uses the following third-party services that may collect or process data on our behalf:
- Tally.so – used to power our program application and contact forms
- Zeffy – used to process charitable donations
- YouTube – embedded video content hosted by Google/YouTube

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Program application records are retained for the duration of the program relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter. Donor records are retained as required for tax and compliance purposes.

H.O.P.E. Leadership Group serves middle and high school student-athletes, many of whom are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. Applications submitted on behalf of a minor should be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at the address below so we can address it promptly.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
